Bio

The day the planets aligned, the moon was full, and locusts fell from the sky, Peaceable Jones was born.

No one can quite remember exactly who was in the band when the name actually arose, (there were some fill-in members for a while) but the name was found in a book.

Peaceable Jones is a moniker for a gangster from the 30's. What did he do you ask? That is a good question. If you find any info on him, please let us know.

Well anyway, Peaceable Jones is a melting pot of bands from the valley. i.e., SWaB, Bucket o' Funk, the Bomberz, Angst and God knows who else.

They formed around April 2004 and have been playing their instruments sequentially and collectively ever since.
